If you were registered for the 2020 meeting, you will receive an email from Marisa Roberto with additional details.

 

Pre-check in will be available at the Conference Center from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on May 11, 2023 to help reduce waiting times for check in the morning of the conference.

 

Cancellation policy: 50% of the registration fee may be reimbursed via wire transfer only if cancellation is made prior to April 12, 2026. Cancellations made after April 30, 2023 cannot be refunded.

The health and wellness of the Volterra Conference attendees is of paramount importance. We are paying close attention to guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

We will continue to monitor this situation, as of today, we are fully committed to hosting our unique meeting in Volterra, Italy. We will keep you apprised with timely updates to this website, should anything change.

For those who have already registered to attend the meeting, the registration will be carried-forward for the May 2023 meeting (you will be contacted for additional information by email). All NIAAA, ABMRF, and APS awards have been reassigned after reevaluation.
